We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA document.

- Payment is not received when due
- Your usage poses a risk to our infrastructure
- Required by law or legal process
8. Data and Backups
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
- We provide backup services as a convenience, not a guarantee

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYDRA VPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HYDRA VPS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website remain the property of HYDRA VPS. You may not use our branding without written permission.
